| Police search after pursuit ends in crash on Interstate 69.

The suspect was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was released on bail of $5,000 cash or $250 bond.
Authorities in the city of Columbia, near where the crash occurred, issued a alert Sunday night that listed the suspect's last known address: 3940 South King Street in Columbia. That's just east of South Washington Street and a block from the crash site.
The car that was involved was a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox with the registration of 1025-03725, according to the Maryland State Police.
Investigators believe the suspect's vehicle, an orange or silver silver 2016 Jeep Wrangler, might have been involved in a carjacking that happened about 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of South Washington Street.
The suspect stole the Equinox, a silver or white 2016 Wrangler, and fled southbound on South Washington Street.
The chase ended in the 2100 block of South Washington Street when police arrived.
The victim was taken to the Hospital for Children in serious condition.
Police released one video from a citizen who witnessed the crash.
A second citizen said they heard two gunshots.
Afterward, the vehicle fled on South Capitol Street and collided with a light pole.
No witnesses were available Sunday.
The witness said he saw people being pulled out of the vehicle.
"This has not happened before in my life," the witness said.
It's unclear if anyone was hurt or how fast the car ran down the street.
There was no official report on the type of vehicle involved.
Police said their investigation will continue into any possible outstanding warrants on the vehicles involved and people involved.

One in every thousand children diagnosed with Bipolar disorder is diagnosed with a major depressive episode in adolescence, and nearly 20 percent is diagnosed with a depressive episode in childhood," explains Amy Ressler, M.D., a psychiatrist and Director of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). "This type of study helps us understand the psychological factors behind this change. We hope to see a reduction in suicidal ideation and attempts, as well as an improvement in attention and mood."
The study included 1,788 patients aged 17 years and younger who were admitted to Yale-New Haven Hospital between April 1, 2008, and June 30, 2012. Participants were asked to complete an online inventory that assesses their current level of depression symptoms and was completed in order to examine possible factors contributing to suicidal ideation. All participants completed the MAPP (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) self-report questionnaires and were given psychotherapy support.
"The first indication for a significant effect of chronic cannabis exposure in the treatment of bipolar disorder emerged last year, after the clinical trial of cannabidiol was reported by Dr. Schiavo," said Dr. Ressler. "However, the current study shows that in adolescents, cannabis may act directly on the brain's reward circuitry to treat depressive symptoms. To date, only one study involving long-term treatment with marijuana for adolescent depression has been done, and that study has indicated that it has no benefit. We are excited to report an effect of chronic cannabis exposure on depression symptoms and on substance use in the long-term treatment of bipolar disorder, regardless of when it is first reported. This research offers an opportunity to learn about the biological and psychological underpinnings of depression and potentially help patients to decrease drug-seeking behaviors."
