| В московском регионе в первом полугодии этого года зафиксировано снижение среднего возраста покупателей квартир в новостройках. (http://elagent.ru/news/detail.php?ID=34776) По словам специалистов, за первые шесть месяцев нынешнего года увеличилось количество покупателей в возрасте 20-30 лет на 6 процентов с 19 до 25 процентов. Число клиентов в категории от 40 до 50 лет сократилось с 16 до 13 процентов. А доля покупателей в возрасте старше 60 лет снизилась с 7 до 5 процентов.
Наибольшая же категория покупателей (почти 60 процентов) все ещё относятся к возрастной группе 25-40 лет. Из них 38 процентов сделок заключается с 30-40-летними покупателями. Увеличивающийся интерес покупателей именно среди молодежи можно объяснить расширением вариаций ипотечных программ, нацеленных на эту категорию граждан.
Также согласно анализу в первом полугодии 2013 года 52 процента всех сделок пришлось на покупателей-мужчин. Относительно прошлого аналогичного периода времени их стало больше на два процента.
А средняя площадь приобретаемых квартир сократилась с с 80 до 63 квадратных метров (на 21 процент). Квартиры в московском регионе стали всё чаще покупать жители регионов.
